CONCEPTUAL PROVISIONS OF SPATIAL DEVELOPMENT OF GRAIN PRODUCTION

The spatial organization of grain production is a complex and multifaceted process that is associated with the location of production and specialization. At the same time, it is the least expensive factor in increasing grain production. Spatial organization promotes the rational use of bioclimatic and production potential, as well as investment and innovation attractiveness. The State should play an important role in regulating the processes of placement, specialization and concentration. The spatial development of grain production should include a system of its management, which will make it possible to better take into account the advantages of spatial development, respect for national interests over regional ones, move away from regional competition towards interregional cooperation and integration, the development of specialized high-tech zones and interregional exchange. Rational placement, deepening specialization, and increasing the concentration of grain production are fundamental and applied in nature, and it is necessary to provide constant scientific support for the spatial organization of grain production in the country. It is necessary to create an effective spatial development management system at the state level. Since agriculture has its own specific methods and forms of implementation, it is necessary to synchronize the spatial organization of the production of certain types of products and sustainable socio-economic development of rural areas. It is also necessary to improve legislation and strengthen scientific support for the spatial development of agriculture. At the same time, to increase the role of the state in regulating the processes of placement, specialization and concentration of grain production. It should play a key role in its spatial development, applying a system of economic, administrative and organizational measures to eliminate existing imbalances and effectively use the existing territorial advantages of each grain-growing region.
