Ethno-Linguistic Nature of Phraseologisms in Kazakh and Turkish Languages

This article is devoted to identifying the degree of effectiveness of verbal-semantic means used to organize a pejorative thesaurus for distance learning. The factual material is based on the linguistic means of deprivation semantics involved in this kind of formation. The sources of the material were scientific articles that set out the perspectives of scientists regarding online learning. When analyzing the material, the thesaurus method, the method of semantic analysis, classification, and constructive research methods were used. The scientific significance of the work lies in two main aspects. The first aspect is based on the theoretical component since the study introduces the term "pejorative thesaurus" for the first time. The second aspect involves the use of this term in the context of identifying the degree of effectiveness of online learning: the article contains epistemological material that allows researchers to expand and deepen their understanding of the scientific discourse on distance learning. The novelty of the study lies in its attempt to prove the role of verbal-semantic means in conveying the meaning of deprivation in shaping the future trajectory of education from the perspective of the inefficiency of the online learning format. The practical significance of the work lies in the importance of using the obtained results in the social environment when developing the educational policy of states. Certain provisions can be applied to the practice of improving academic writing. The results of the study support the assertion that verbal-semantic structures conveying the meaning of deprivation in scientific articles in the context of distance education perform an effective function in the organization of a pejorative thesaurus.
