Intergenerational interaction in the system of labor relations: an axiological aspect
The author examines the relevance of intergenerational interaction processes in the system of labor relations as a cultural phenomenon, predicts the causes of intergenerational conflicts, and considers approaches to human resource management. The article shows that one of the key factors determining the dynamics of these changes is the interaction between different generations of workers: X, Y, and Z. In these conditions, when personnel of different generations work in the same team, the need for a deep understanding of the value orientations of each of them increases.
