[Risk stratified thromboprophylaxis and management of thrombotic events in plasma cell neoplasms].
Cancer-associated thrombosis is one of the most dangerous complications of plasma cell neoplasms. The occurrence of thrombotic events can disrupt treatment plans, compromise patients' quality of life, and even threaten their lives, which presents significant challenges in clinical management. Given the adverse impacts, the accurate identification of risk factors and the appropriate application of thromboprophylaxis are of great importance. This paper will discuss the epidemiology, risk assessment, and stratified thromboprophylaxis of thrombotic events in plasma cell neoplasms, with the aim of drawing clinicians' attention to this common complication and promoting the overall management of plasma cell tumor-related thrombotic diseases.
