The goal of this research is to study the general dynamics of occupational morbidity and conduct a comparative analysis of data on occupational diseases in Kazakhstan, Russia, Belarus, and EU countries. The authors of the article collected data on initially identified occupational diseases from official sources in the countries studied. Based on the methods of statistical research and grouping of initial information according to various criteria, a comparative analysis of indicators of occupational diseases was carried out and the reasons for the incomplete identification and registration of patients with occupational pathology were determined. The article analyzes the DALY index for EU countries, which is often used for international comparisons. Statistical analysis of occupational diseases was carried out as part of the implementation of the scientific and technical program BR22182667 «Working conditions and occupational risks: classification, categories and grouping criteria within the framework of the transition to a green economy». The obtained results of statistical analysis will make it possible to assess the general dynamics of occupational diseases in the context of various characteristics, to predict occupational diseases and manage occupational risks.
