Qualitative data analysis has mainly focused on the dyadic interaction that is as two individuals’' communication consequence, motivation and also skills and also the consequences of the interpersonal relationships. The relationship is about that that involves overall two parties who are directly trading for the needs and requirements of each other. Along with that, the Straussian grounded theory has been used in order to see the accurate integration of both intercultural leadership as well as social exchange theories. It also extends all these theories within the context of a hybrid work environment. It is true that employees come from numerous cultures, speak multiple languages, and also have several socio-economic backgrounds in a hybrid workplace. The output of the paper was the (H.I.S.E.) “Hybrid Intercultural Social Exchange” Theory Model.
