Percutaneous Mesh Expansion for Closure of Surgical Defects on Legs

Background: The legs are a common site for cutaneous neoplasms, where surgical closure presents significant challenges due to limited skin elasticity, infection risk, vascular insufficiency, and skin atrophy. This study aims to evaluate percutaneous mesh expansion as a minimally invasive alternative for closing surgical defects in this anatomically challenging location.
