Challenging Treatment Decisions: Adjuvant Therapy in a Patient with Coexisting Melanoma and Cutaneous Lymphoma
Among m-pts achieving PR or SD after RECIST PD, the median duration of disease of control was 8.64 m (95% CI 0-21.51).No significant differences were observed in clinicopathological variables between pts achieving PD vs PR/SD after the first PD.TBP was well tolerated, The common Adverse events were G1-G2 skin, endocrine, and asthenia. Conclusions: -Only a small proportion of pts meet the clinical criteria to continue treatment beyond PD.TBP may offer clinical benefits for selected m-pts, particularly those with favorable prognostic factors.-However, this approach requires careful patient selection and close monitoring to ensure optimally.-Further prospective data will be required for better selection of m-pts.for IO TBP.
