Survival Impact and Cost-Effectiveness of completion lymph node dissection on cutaneous melanoma patients with positive sentinel lymph node: a population-based cohort study
as: fentanyl, remifentanyl, dipyrone, hioscin, morphine, a greater number is noted in the AG modality in relation to the LA modality, with 55 ampoules of analgesic medications used in the AG modality, while in the AL modality 22 units were used. Conclusions: The main factor responsible for the variation in the average cost between the modalities was the use or not of neuromuscular blockers, medications with a higher market cost compared to the analgesic, hypnotic and local anesthetic classes used in the study.
