LC-OCT Co-Localized with Dermoscopy for Genital Pigmented Tumors
Background: Dermoscopy is an essential tool in oncodermatology, with its limitations being addressed by in vivo microscopic imaging techniques such as confocal microscopy (CMIV) and Line-Field Optical Cohérence Tomography (LC-OCT). However, a major limitation of these techniques is the lack of co-localization, making it challenging to ensure the examination of the exact atypical area identified during dermoscopy. This report presents the first observations of co-localized LC-OCT and x20 dermoscopy for various genital pigmented tumors.
