Concomitant or sequential radiotherapy and cemiplimab in advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma: a multicenter real-life retrospective study
Background: A significant subset of advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (aCSCC) patients will not respond to cemiplimab and others will progress, highlighting the need of combination regimens. Radiotherapy (RT) is a well-established treatment for CSCC, and it is expected to act synergistically with immunotherapy.
