Impact of Principal Communication and Psychological Climate on Enhancing Teacher Performance
Inclusive education in early childhood settings plays a critical role in ensuring equitable learning experiences for all children. This study explores the implementation of inclusive practices at TK Melati, highlighting strategies and support systems that contribute to its success. A qualitative case study approach was used, involving interviews with teachers, parents, and educational professionals, as well as classroom observations. Data were analyzed to identify key practices and stakeholder contributions to the inclusive education process. The findings reveal that TK Melati has effectively implemented inclusive education through differentiated instruction, the use of assistive technology, and regular collaboration with therapists and psychologists. Strong support from teachers, parents, and professionals has enabled the school to address diverse student needs comprehensively. These strategies demonstrate how a tailored, collaborative approach can foster inclusivity in early childhood education. The success at TK Melati provides a practical model for similar institutions aiming to adopt inclusive practices. However, challenges remain in terms of sustaining these efforts and scaling them across different contexts. While TK Melati exemplifies effective inclusive education, continued investment in teacher training, accessible resources, and family engagement is essential. The insights gained can inform future policy and practice, contributing to a more inclusive early childhood education system.
