Implementation of Output Mux of Time-interleaved ADCs
본 논문에서는 Time-interleaved (TI) analog-todigital converter (ADC)에 쓰이는 출력단에 대해 논의한다. Digital domain 의 설계이기는 하나, 고속 동작과 저면적, 저전력 소모를 위해서는 일반적인 digital 설계로는 어려움을 가지고 있기 때문에, 어려움을 해결하기 위한 회로를 제안하고 검증 결과를 소개한다.
