UM ESTUDO SOBRE A INOVAÇÃO DE PRODUTOS ATRAVÉS DA COMBINAÇÃO DA METODOLOGIA ÁGIL COM UI/UX UTILIZANDO O DESIGN SPRINT

This study investigates the integration of Agile Methodologies and UI/UX, focusing on Design Sprint, to optimize software product innovation. Through a theoretical review and analysis of related works, the All Light methodology was developed, structured to organize teams and maximize efficiency in project development. The results indicate that the proposed approach improves team communication and accelerates the development process, reducing waste and increasing the final product’s quality. It is concluded that adopting Design Sprint, aligned with agile practices, represents a significant advance for innovation in software development.
