Exploring the Interplay of β3-Adrenergic Receptor, HIF-1α and CD31 in the microenvironment of atypical melanocytic lesions
Background: Melanoma has swiftly increased worldwide in recent years and stands out due to its high lethality. Despite advances in clinical treatment, melanoma-sensitive genes and molecular pathogenesis understanding, the focus is shifting to the connection between stress-related β-adrenergic receptors (ARs), hypoxia, and neovascularization in melanoma tumor progression.
