seen as the pools of blue. There are however no junctional nests of melanocytes normally seen as a collection of well circumscribed brown round shapes.Malignant melanocytes are visible as small, fine, and well circumscribed brown round shapes that appear in confluent patterns. There is noticeable variation in the morphology of the malignant melanocytes.Deep pigment incontinence appears as poorly defined, fluffy and irregular grey shapes. In contrast to image 1 with more superficial pigment Conclusions: OSHMD is an exciting emerging technology that facilitates an enhanced view beyond what dermoscopy can offer. It aids in the early diagnosis of melanoma and prevents unnecessary biopsies. It is fast and convenient, can be performed during a consultation and is more accessible for primary care physicians as opposed to RCM.The presentation will raise awareness of this emerging technology and will demonstrate diagnostic features that can be seen when using OSHMD as well as provide a guide on how to implement the technology into clinical practice
