A Case of Rhabdomyosarcoma Arising in a Giant Congenital Melanocytic Nevus: Focus on Differential Diagnosis
Background: Dermoscopic findings A 64-year old male patient presented with a slowly growing lesion on the left side of the forehead. Dermoscopy showed arborizing vessels, central ulceration, shiny white strands and spoke wheel-like structures. 6 months ago, another lesion had been excised from his left flank, which was consistent with a basal cell carcinoma.
