Evaluation of the use of 3D total body photography in a high-risk population for melanoma in real-world conditions
Background: Epidemiological evidence indicates that the global burden from melanoma is expected to increase in the next decades1 making its early detection critical. The progress of noninvasive diagnostic tools evaluating the entire skin surface is promising. However, evidence on their performance in clinical settings remains scarce. The study aims to report the utility of 3D total body photography (TBP) in identifying lesions of interest in real-world conditions.
