Mycosis Fungoides Treatment with Chlormethine - Treatment Challenges and Clinical Outcome: Case Report
Background: Mycosis fungoides (MF) is a form of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma. Topical chlormethine (CL) gel is the first cytotoxic chemotherapy gel specifically designed for the treatment of MF. CL gel can be used as monotherapy in early-stage MF, in combination with systemic therapy in advanced-stage disease, and as maintenance treatment [Wehkamp U. et al 2022].
