Production of Non-Autoclaved Foam Concrete Using Regional Production Wastes

This paper describes the technology of non-autoclaved foam concrete production using a complex mixture based on regional production waste. The paper deals in detail with the process of development of foam concrete composition, including the selection of components and optimization of their ratio. Special attention is paid to the study of the influence of the complex mixture on the physical and mechanical properties of the finished product, such as strength, density and thermal insulation characteristics. The methods of laboratory tests that are carried out to evaluate the quality and efficiency of the new material are described. The results show the potential of using a complex mixture of regional waste materials to create sustainable and environmentally friendly building materials. This study has practical significance for the development of innovative technologies in construction and industrial processing.
