DETERMINATION OF DIRECTIONS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROPEAN INTEGRATION

The article investigates the issue of substantiation of directions of innovative development of enterprises in the context of European integration. The relevance of the topic of the study is due to the fact that Ukraine, having chosen the path to the European Union, has determined for itself the vectors of development aimed at the European integration of the country, its economy, social, political, scientific and technical spheres. The choice of the direction of innovative development is determined by the capabilities of the enterprise and the availability of resources, and first of all, investment, financial, necessary for the introduction of innovations and the expected efficiency that the enterprise can receive from the implementation of the chosen innovation direction. However, the ability of the enterprise to achieve strategic goals, the effectiveness of the results obtained and the provision of innovative development in general depend on the chosen directions and their justification. The article is aimed at substantiating the directions, vectors of innovative development of enterprises in the context of European integration. The methodological basis of the study was the methods of analysis and synthesis, observation, comparison; system approach, process, complex, functional, logical-dialectical methodological approaches. The obtained scientific results consist in substantiating the key areas of the components of innovative development of enterprises in the context of European integration, such as: development of an innovation strategy and its implementation; growth of enterprise activity in the search and attraction of investments; development of scientific, scientific and technical activities; establishment of interaction with scientific institutions and technology transfer; development of human capital, knowledge management; digitalization of management processes production, sales, introduction of new management methods, the comprehensive systematic implementation of which can ensure the strengthening of the resource potential of the enterprise, ensure its transition to high-tech production and the formation of an effective production structure and ensure the growth of competitiveness of products in terms of manufacturability, price and quality, necessary for effective innovative development of the enterprise in the context of European integration. Prospects for further research lie in the expediency of further study of the actualization of the directions of innovative development, since in the context of the European integration of Ukraine, it is important to determine the country's position in the European and world markets of innovations. In this context, the key task for innovative development is to strengthen international partnership and activate investment processes with the involvement of European and world investors in the financing of innovative projects in various areas of enterprise activity.
