Enhance the transparency in the development of the British Association of Dermatologists’ living guidelines

After the concept of living guidelines was proposed, the British Association of Dermatologists began to use this methodology and published two living guidelines related to Behçets and alopecia areata. We read these two guidelines with great interest, especially the methodological section; however, we found that there is still room for improvement in several aspects of transparency in their development.
