THE DIFFICULTIES FACING THE EDUCATIONAL PLANNING STRATEGY AMONG PUBLIC SCHOOL PRINCIPALS IN THE DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION ACCORDING TO HEBRON

This study aimed to identify the difficulties facing the educational planning strategy among public school principals in the Directorate of Education according to Hebron. The study population consisted of all public school principals in the city of Hebron for the first semester 2024/2025 AD, and their number reached (164) principals, while After completing the study (82), the executive director was chosen for their random choices, and they were able to achieve the objectives of the applied study and its applications to identify the difficulties they face. The educational planning strategy of the government directorates in the city of Hebron, and it was applied to individuals who verified the study after verifying its validity and proving it using the correct methods. The results of the study are the level of difficulties facing educational planning among government directorates in educational directorates from Hebron to the top, with differences according to the variable of gender, scientific and qualified advice, holders of graduate studies, years of experience, and ideas of experience less than 5 Years and there are no differences due to changing specialization
