Multi-level Encapsulated U-type Unit Inverter Energy-Information Integration Approach
In order to solve the problem of complex information transfer during the operation of multilevel Packed U-cell (PUC) inverters, a method for integrating energy information of multilevel Packed U-cell inverters is proposed. The method takes the multilevel encapsulated U-cell inverter as the research object; the data carrier is superimposed on the sinusoidal modulating waveform as a perturbation through the two-carrier binary frequency shift keying (2FSK) method, and the data information is superimposed on the pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal, which is used in the transmission of the switching signal, and in the transmission of the switching signal. signal, in the transfer of switching signals at the same time can realize the transfer of information, to achieve energy information integration. In this paper, the simulation model of multilevel PUC inverter is constructed, and the power/data dual-carrier modulation is adopted to superimpose the data signal in the form of perturbation on the power carrier, which makes it possible to transmit information while sending out the switching signal. The demodulation method of peak detection is adopted at the load end, and the demodulated data signal is compared with the data signal transmitted at the start end to verify the feasibility of the proposed method. This method enables the multilevel PUC inverter to realize power conversion and data conversion at the same time, and realizes the intelligence of the multilevel inverter.
