Interference Signal Suppression Algorithm Based on 5G Base Station Single-Channel Transmission Environment Parameter Sensing

Aiming at the limitation that traditional interference suppression algorithms cannot achieve direct wave signal suppression in single channel and the complexity of their methods when using 5G base stations for target detection of “low, slow and small (LSS)” targets. This study proposes an interference signal suppression algorithm based on single-channel transmission environment parameter sensing (ISSEPS). The ISSEPS is designed to achieve interference signal suppression in a single-channel configuration, thereby reducing the impact of strong interference signals on the detection of low-altitude, slow-moving, and small-sized targets. The ISSEPS begins by obtaining the direct wave signal delay through Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) correlation, followed by setting the search range for the multipath reflected signal delay. A signal amplitude solution model is then established to determine the amplitude coefficients. Finally, the interference signal is reconstructed using a series of environmental parameters to complete the interference signal suppression. Experimental simulations demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively suppress interference signals in a single-channel configuration with relatively low algorithmic complexity, significantly reducing the impact of interference signals on the detection of LSS targets.
