Modeling and Finite Element Analysis of Ditching Tools for Intelligent Grounding Construction Equipment in Mountainous Areas

In view of the complex and diverse geological conditions, wide construction sites, poor construction conditions and other problems in Hunan province, a kind of intelligent mountain grounding construction equipment is designed. The hydraulic motor is used as the driving part, and the chain drives the ditching tool to do reciprocating movement for cutting soil and rock. After completing the modeling of the ditching tool, the finite element analysis of the tool is carried out by Solidworks. The strength and stiffness of the tool meet the requirements.

Abstract

In view of the complex and diverse geological conditions, wide construction sites, poor construction conditions and other problems in Hunan province, a kind of intelligent mountain grounding construction equipment is designed. The hydraulic motor is used as the driving part, and the chain drives the ditching tool to do reciprocating movement for cutting soil and rock. After completing the modeling of the ditching tool, the finite element analysis of the tool is carried out by Solidworks. The strength and stiffness of the tool meet the requirements.
