Front end Component Adaptation Based on X-Means Algorithm

Current responsive layouts and the K-means algorithm have certain shortcomings when handling different screen sizes, such as the need for manual page adjustments, insufficient adaptability, and issues with component overlap. To address these problems, this paper introduces the X-means algorithm, which dynamically adjusts the clustering structure through the Bayesian Information Criterion, eliminating the tediousness of manually setting the value of <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$\mathbf{k}$</tex> and making screen size grouping more precise. In this way, the X-means algorithm significantly improves adaptability, ensuring that each device receives the optimal component layout within its resolution range, thereby enhancing user experience.
