Value analysis of CT and MRI in the diagnosis of acute craniocerebral injury
Craniocerebral injury is a common clinical disease at this stage, which is mainly caused by external violent injury. Patients can see scalp defect, brain tissue injury and craniocerebral injury. The purpose of this study is to analyze the diagnostic value of acute craniocerebral injury through CT examination and MRI examination. This study included 20 patients with acute craniocerebral injury. According to the clinical data of patients, all the above 20 patients were examined by CT and MRI, and the image characteristics and diagnosis of skull fracture's type, primary bleeding site and primary nerve injury in patients with acute craniocerebral injury were compared. Finally, the diagnosis results were discussed mainly by surgery. The sensitivity of MRI to acute craniocerebral injury (90.00 %) was significantly higher than that of CT (60.00 %), and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). The diagnostic accuracy of MRI for hematoma thickness was higher than that of CT scan, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The detection rate of subdural hematoma by CT is lower than that by MRI. The comparative analysis of CT and MRI shows that the results of CT examination and diagnosis of some arc-shaped hematoma lack sensitivity and the efficiency of examination and diagnosis is low. CT and MRI have their own advantages in the diagnosis of acute craniocerebral injury. In actual diagnosis, CT combined with MRI can be used to improve the diagnostic accuracy and guide clinical treatment in time.
