A Novel Clustering-Based Modeling and Evaluation of Product Differentiation for E-Commerce Businesses

Electronic commerce or business is more than just an enhancement or addition to the commercial techniques currently in use. E-commerce is a significant shift, not a trend. The old business model is being significantly altered by this “disruptive” technology. Due to the completely new operating principles and procedures that the sector must follow in the digital economy, it's developing so fast. In e-commerce, it's general knowledge that there isn't a single, universally applicable answer, and that there is hardly ever an established business or revenue model for companies, all of them in the same industry. Under these circumstances, a novel clustering is required to assist planners of e-commerce and to determine product differentiation for e-commerce businesses in determining the essential elements of success when formulating e-commerce businesses. The hybrid linear discriminant analysis with k-means Clustering (HLDA-KC) is suggested in this paper as a method for product differentiation for e-commerce businesses. The findings show that the accuracy is quite good, reaching 98%.
