Microwave Nonlinear Mixing Properties of Graphene
In this paper, a graphene harmonic mixer with low conversion loss and high isolation is proposed, which adopts an inductive capacitive resonator and a microstrip reflection stub. Due to the nonlinear properties of graphene, it is suitable for the development of a hybrid material. By simplifying the approximate conductivity of single-layer graphene and using the nonlinear model of graphene, the graphene SDD model was established. Compared with other nonlinear microwave mixing devices and similar graphene mixers, the CL of this mixer is significantly reduced, and the isolation between ports is also improved. When the local oscillator power is 15–17 dBm, the frequency is within 1.01-1.1GHz, the RF is −10dBm, and the frequency is within 2.31-2.41GHz, the output power of the mixer 400MHz is −28dBm, the minimum conversion loss CL is 17.7dB, and the isolation between the local oscillator end and the IF end is 28dB. near 2.3GHz RF frequency, the RF end The isolation degree of RF end and IF end is 32dB.
