Managing AI-Driven Innovations: Aligning Technological Advancements with Strategic Business Objectives

Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing company strategy at a rapid pace, making it necessary to connect organizational goals with technology innovation. With a focus on machine learning model evaluation, this research investigates AI-driven innovations and how they might be incorporated into strategic decision-making. Several models, including Logistic Regression, Random Forest, SVM, and Neural Networks, are examined to determine key performance measures comprising accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, RMSE, and R2. The findings demonstrate the trade-offs amongst model robustness, accuracy, training time, and intricacy in a variety of scenarios, including noisy and unbalanced data. To inform AI-driven business decisions, feature significance and efficiency on huge datasets are being investigated. Organizations can maximize AI adoption, improve operational efficiency, and keep a competitive edge by utilizing machine learning evaluation methods. This research emphasizes how crucial it is to match AI capabilities with business plans to guarantee efficient implementation and value creation from technological advancements.
