Research on the Pre-Employment Job Fit Evaluation Model for Urban Bus Drivers Based on Grounded Theory
Pre-employment job fit evaluation for urban bus drivers is a critical process to ensure safe public transportation operations. This study, based on the grounded theory method, constructed an evaluation index system comprising four dimensions: personal qualities, work abilities, safety awareness, and service level, through in-depth interviews with bus drivers and management staff from a Chongqing bus company. The support vector machine algorithm was used to calculate index weights, and an evaluation system based on the B/S architecture was developed. Empirical results indicate that the model demonstrates strong reliability and practicality, with evaluation outcomes highly consistent with drivers' actual job performance. The study provides a scientific basis for personnel management in bus companies.
