An Efficient Privacy-Preserving Data Name Hitting Method in Vehicle Named Data Networking
In VNDN (Vehicle Named Data Networking), to protect the security of vehicles and users, content is often encrypted to protect its confidentiality and signed to protect data integrity. However, the content's name usually reveals privacy when publishing or re-questing. On the one hand, it is necessary to use a name to determine which encrypted ciphertext is the content requested by the requester. On the other hand, the name cannot disclose information during transmission and query processes. This paper has proposed an Efficient Privacy-Preserving Data Name Hitting Method in Vehicle Named Data Networking using the RSA-OPRF (RSA-based oblivious pseudo-random function) and ROBDD (Reduced Ordered Binary Decision Diagram). Our scheme can support less naming privacy leakage, less naming hitting cost, fair incentive determination, and without key escrow problem. The simulation results demonstrate that our scheme has excellent performance when the requester's name keywords are less than 33 compared with the existing schemes.
