Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Sensorless Control for PMSM Based on Nonlinear Flux Observer
As is well known, proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control algorithm in the field of industrial automation has a wide range of application background. But when using the nonlinear flux observer to observe the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM), facing the complex interference, such as the change of the load torque and the measurement noise, it is difficult for traditional PID to balance the suppression of these different disturbances, which may lead to the increase of flux linkage observation error because of the fixed parameters. In this paper, a linear active disturbance rejection controller (LADRC) is used to estimate the total disturbance of the system by the extended State Observer (LESO). At the same time, LADRC can quickly track the flux change, reduce the observation error and improve the dynamic precision of flux observation during the motor start-up. Through MATLAB/Simulink simulation and permanent magnet synchronous motor experiment platform, compared with traditional PI control, verified the superiority of this method in the ability of auto-disturbance rejection.
