Research on the Policy of Chinese Ginseng Medicinal Materials Based on the Latent Dirichlet Allocation Topic Model

Purpose Using the Latent Dirichlet Allocation topic model to analyze key themes and evolutionary trends in chinese ginseng medicinal materials policy, providing references for enhancing the management and development of chinese ginseng medicinal materials. Methods Retrieve policy and regulation content from relevant official websites including the state council, provincial people's governments, and the national administration of traditional chinese medicine, and conduct a review of ginseng policies. Results In the development process of ginseng medicinal materials, three themes can be identified. Firstly, it emphasizes theme 1: the social responsibility of enterprises in the ginseng industry. Secondly, it focuses on theme 2: the government's emphasis on the safety and quality of ginseng medicinal materials. Lastly, it highlights theme 3: the importance of brand building. Conclusion In the future, the ginseng industry can leverage emerging technologies including artificial intelligence and big data analytics to analyze market demand and grasp data related to the ginseng industry. This will provide basis for policy formulation, industrial planning, and other aspects. Thereby enhancing international competitiveness and promoting the healthy development of the industry.
