Research on the Design and Application of College English Blended Teaching Model Based on Online Courses

The combination of online course and blended teaching mode breaks the limitations of traditional education mode and effectively improves the classroom teaching effect. Based on this, this paper first briefly expounds the blended teaching mode, and then discusses in detail the significance of the blended teaching mode based on online courses in college English teaching. Finally, this paper puts forward the corresponding teaching strategies, and takes "Chinatown in London" as an example to design the application of blended teaching mode based on online courses, in order to improve the teaching effect of college English and meet the individual needs of college students' English learning.
