Empirical study on the qualitative Development of the cultural tourism industry under the digital economy

The high coverage of the digital economy significantly impacts the Development of the cultural and tourism industries, which can lead to the high-quality Development of the cultural tourism industry from multiple dimensions. Based on the current situation of the cultural and tourism industry in Fujian Province, we select the data related to it, establish the evaluation index system for the Development of the digital economy and the evaluation index for the qualitative Development of the cultural and tourism industry, and use the improved entropy value method to examine the level of Development of the digital economy and cultural and tourism sectors in Fujian Province. After the empirical study, it was found that the impact of the digital economy on the high-quality Development of the cultural and tourism industry is positive at a 1% significance level. Strengthening digital infrastructure, employing digital industrialization to support cultural and tourism sectors, nurturing skilled technological experts in cultural and tourism fields, and establishing a digital environment for these industries will drive the digital economy to enhance its quality and efficiency.
