Design and realization of intelligent running robot based on embedded technology

This study revolves around the design and realization of an intelligent running robot based on embedded technology. The system adopts a microcontroller as the main control system, and integrates a motion system, a sensor system and a communication system to realize efficient autonomous navigation and task execution. The motion system adopts a four-wheel drive structure, equipped with DC motors and encoders, to ensure flexible robot movement and real-time position feedback. The sensor system integrates ultrasonic and infrared sensors, which can detect the distance of obstacles and ambient light intensity in real time to ensure the stable operation of the robot in different environments. The communication system realizes data transmission with external devices through wireless modules to support remote control and monitoring functions. In terms of circuit design, the H-bridge motor drive circuit is used to realize the forward and reverse rotation and speed adjustment of the motor to ensure the flexibility and stability of the robot under various conditions. In the program design, the robot performs environment sensing through ultrasonic sensors and infrared sensors, and utilizes PID control strategy to realize precise motion control. The system test results show that the robot performs well in the factory environment, and is able to stably travel along the preset routes and effectively avoid obstacles to complete the tasks of grasping, carrying and assembling.
