Hot-pressed CsPbBr3 film for enhanced PeLEDs performance
Inorganic lead halide perovskites (such as CsPbBr3 and CsPbI3) have garnered widespread attention due to their excellent optoelectronic properties. These materials exhibit efficient light absorption capabilities and tunable emission wavelengths, demonstrating great potential for optoelectronic applications. However, the surface morphology of the films tends to become dispersed during the annealing procedure. This paper discusses the use of hot-pressing techniques to treat perovskite films, which promote the densification of the film, reducing defect density, and improving the efficiency of the PeLEDs.
