[An opportunity to update the World Health Organization].

. Trump's decision to stop funding the World Health Organisation is an opportunity to make a critical analysis of the role of the WHO and its organisation. A structural reorganisation cannot but pass through the exchange and sharing of scientific knowledge. The network of Collaborating Centres in universities, hospitals, research institutes and laboratories, active in supporting the WHO should be updated, and made more efficient. The need for structural reform is not only of the WHO, but of many international Agencies including the United Nations Organisation.
