Pigmentary keratosis lichenoides chronica, yet another variant: a case report
Keratosis lichenoides chronica (KLC) is a rare, chronic dermatosis. It is considered an autoinflammatory keratinization disorder resembling lichen planus. Pigmentary lichen planus is a common dermatosis in darker skin; however, pigmentary KLC has not been reported, and keratosis is a defining feature of KLC. We report the case of a man of Indian origin with a distinctive pattern of skin lesions, described as KLC sans hyperkeratosis.
