A Case Report of Huge Incisional Hernia after Bladder Cancer Surgery

目的：该文章旨在探讨切口疝的形成原因、治疗方式及手术风险。方法：对同济大学附属东方医院胶州医院甲乳疝外科收治1例膀胱癌术后形成巨大切口疝患者进行回顾性分析。结果：切口疝是腹部手术后常见的并发症，巨大切口疝较少见。患者腹壁疝旁有造瘘口，手术风险及手术操作难度增大。结论：对于切口疝的治疗应遵循早期手术治疗的措施，手术治疗是切口疝首选的治疗方法。Objective: This article aims to explore the causes, treatment methods, and surgical risks of incisional hernia. Methods: A case of huge incisional hernia after bladder cancer surgery in Jiaozhou Hospital, Tongji University Affiliated Oriental Hospital was retrospectively analyzed. Result: Incisional hernia is a common complication after abdominal surgery, and giant incisional hernia is relatively rare. The patient has a fistula opening next to the abdominal wall hernia, which increases the surgical risk and difficulty. Conclusion: Early surgical treatment should be followed for the treatment of incisional hernia, and surgical treatment is the preferred treatment method for incisional hernia.
