STUDY OF THE EXPERIENCE OF USING NEW DIGITAL RFID TECHNOLOGIES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCTION AND OPERATIONAL PROCESSES OF THE ENTERPRISE

The article studies the experience of using new digital RFID technologies in the management of production and operational processes of enterprises. The relevance of the topic of the study is determined by the fact that with the development of modern innovative technologies, the pace of digitalization of processes is increasing, and the introduction of digitalization and digital transformations is becoming widespread, covering more and more industries, areas of activity and enterprises with different levels of technological development, scale and areas of activity. Digitalization, the introduction of modern digital technologies provides enterprises with an increase in manufacturability, competitiveness of products and the businesses themselves, however, the variety of modern means of digitalization and technologies actualizes the issue of studying the experience of using the most modern and widespread technologies in order to substantiate the feasibility of their implementation in management to optimize the operational production activities of enterprises in various areas and directions, which has not only theoretical, but also practical significance. The purpose of the article is to study the experience of using new digital RFID technologies in the management of production and operational processes of enterprises. The methodological basis of the study was the methods of scientific knowledge: analysis and synthesis, comparison; process, systemic, dynamic, functional, quantitative, qualitative scientific approaches. The scientific results obtained consist in the study of the best practices in the use of new digital RFID technologies in the management of production, operational processes in various areas of economic activity, which made it possible to identify and identify the main directions of the introduction of new digital RFID technologies, which is carried out through the use ofRFID cards and optimization of business processes of inventory of fixed assets of enterprises; inventory, control, accounting, movement of material resources; automation of warehouse inventory accounting systems; control of the movement of goods in transit; transport identification; implementation of internal payment systems; implementation of control and accounting systems; automation of activity processes. Prospects for further research lie in the feasibility of further research and justification for the introduction of new digital RFID technologies in the production operations of enterprises, which as a result makes it possible not only to identify material objects and resources, control their movement, improve accounting subsystems, inventory management, management of logistics processes and operational processes, but also provide management costs and establishment of an effective system of control and safety of production and operational activities, to ensure the growth of the efficiency of enterprises.
