MODEL FOR THE FORMATION OF CONFLICT RESOLUTION COMPETENCE OF FUTURE LEADERS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE DIGITALIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS

The article presents the results of the formalization of a model for developing conflict resolution competence among future leaders in the context of the digitalization of the educational process. The essence of the concept of "conflict resolution competence" has been clarified. It has been established that the development of conflict resolution competence in future leaders is critically important for their professional activities, as it affects their effectiveness in working with people and their ability to resolve complex interpersonal issues. It has been proven that conflict resolution competence includes knowledge about the nature of conflicts, their types, and causes, as well as the ability to effectively resolve conflict situations, prevent their escalation, and find compromise solutions. The formation of this competence is a complex and multifaceted process that requires a comprehensive approach and the use of various teaching methods and tools. The aim of the study is to develop a model for the formation of conflict resolution competence in future leaders in the context of the digitalization of the educational process. To achieve this goal, the study analyzed the conflict resolution competence of future leaders and clarified the features of the concept of "conflict resolution competence" in the aspect of training students in educational programs in the field of "Management." A model for developing conflict resolution competence in future leaders under digitalization conditions has been developed. To achieve the goal and accomplish the research objectives, a comprehensive set of methods was used: analysis, synthesis, generalization, systematization, and comparison to reveal the essence and define the fundamental concepts of the studied issue; structuring and modeling to develop a model of conflict resolution competence for future managers. The proposed model includes three components: the cognitive component, the operational component, and the reflective component. The process of forming conflict resolution competence consists of the following stages: assessment of basic knowledge and skills, which serves as the foundation for further development of conflict resolution competence; identification of online resources for conflict resolution competence formation and the organization of technological and scientific-methodological support for their effective use; planning and controlling the implementation of the conflict resolution competence development process, which includes planning and organizing cognitive, communicative, and professional learning processes with the application of digital technologies; diagnosing the level of conflict resolution competence formation. The proposed model defines the criteria for pedagogical, technological, and organizational conditions for the successful development of conflict resolution competence, as well as criteria for assessing the level of its formation.
