Kirigami Effect of Heilongjiang Intangible Cultural Heritage using Bonferroni Mean based Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbors
Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) gives the community with an individual selling point in the world competitive tourism organization. Through the sustained enhancement as well as growth of science and technology, an advancement of virtual collection development, storage development, Remote Sensing (RS) development as well as spatial modelling development gives the respective feasible framework and platform for the safeguarding of the various kinds of ICH. However, conventional methods of preserving ICH frequently lack to acquire to modern demands for interactivity, accessibility, and user participation. Hence, this research proposes the Bonferroni Mean based Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbours (BM-FKNN) approach for the Kirigami effect of Heilongjiang ICH. The BM-FKNN applies various weights to the nearest neighbours based on their relevance, enabling the approach to acquire dynamically to the local data distribution. The Kirigami-based methods which have been utilized for Heilongjiang ICH items design and storage. The experimental results demonstrate the proposed BM-FKNN approach attains the better Response Time (RT) of 9ms and throughput of 115 (times/min) on the virtual environment rendering as compared to the existing approaches like FKNN and KNN respectively.
