Formation of security data processor for the concierge service application
The increasing popularity of online services that allow you to perform certain tasks without having to download them, as well as the development of mobile technologies and artificial intelligence, make concierge service applications more and more attractive to users. To attract new customers and increase the loyalty of existing customers, a commercial bank needs to constantly monitor trends and introduce new projects. The article describes the functions of the concierge service, the advantages of using them. It should be noted that concierge services help to significantly save time by taking on various tasks and responsibilities. Information on the presence of concierge services is given as a percentage by region. A data processor has been developed to determine the availability of the «Concierge service» application and privileges to bank customers. Depending on the balances of funds in the accounts, the client has the opportunity to order free transfers. Basic requirements are specified for creating a data processor. Business process modeling schemas have been developed for the data processor to operate in two modes. To set privileges, the sequence of actions is developed for both monthly processing of client cash balances and daily processing. The procedure for calculating cash balances on customer accounts is shown in a specific example. Each category of the package of services has its own minimum amount that the client must have in order for the privilege of ordering a free transfer to become available to him. Statistics on the use of the «Concierge service» application have been collected. The histogram is built according to the number of clients with a service package connected. Data on the availability of free transfers for customers are given.
