RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF ENTREPRENEURIAL ORIENTATION ON ORGANIZATIONAL RESILIENCE

This paper aims to explore the mechanisms underlying the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on organizational resilience. We construct a theoretical model by reviewing and analyzing relevant literature, and we test the model using a quantitative empirical research method. The results show that entrepreneurial orientation has a significant positive impact on organizational resilience, and this impact shows certain differences in different contexts. The findings of this paper provide theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises to improve organizational resilience through entrepreneurial orientation.
