RESEACH ON THE IMPACT OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF CHINESE A-SHARE SRDI ENTERPRISE

With the vigorous development of the digital economy, digital transformation is one of the effective ways for small and medium-sized enterprises to achieve high-quality development. SRDI (abbreviation for “specialized,” “refinement,” “differentiation,” and “innovation) enterprises, as representatives of high-quality small and medium-sized enterprises, are the backbone of high-quality economic development. Using the SRDI enterprises listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares in 2013-2023 as samples, systematically analyzed the mechanism of the digital transformation of SRDI enterprises on corporate performance and its applicable boundaries, and attempted to reveal the internal logic of performance improvement of SRDI enterprises under the background of the digital economy. By analyzing the role of digital transformation in promoting the performance of SRDI enterprises and its internal mechanism, it further expanded and improved the general management rules of digital transformation of SRDI enterprises and provided theoretical support and practical guidance for small and medium-sized enterprises to achieve high-quality development with the help of digital transformation.
