Synthesis And Characterization Of Cus Thin Film For Solar Cell Applications
Chemical bath deposition method were Applied for the synthesis of CuS films, with a focus on their structuraland optical properties relevant to solar cell applications. Deposition parameters such as temperature, bathcomposition, and deposition time were systematically varied to optimize the film quality. X-ray diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) analyses confirmed the formation of well-structured, uniformCuS films, revealing a favourable crystalline structure and morphology. Optical characterization through UVVis spectroscopy demonstrated significant light absorption in the visible range, with calculated bandgapvalues indicating potential for efficient light harvesting.
