Governança algorítmica e regulação da inteligência artificial: impactos do PL 2338/2023 no ambiente empresarial

Artificial intelligence is transforming the global economy and business processes, generating new opportunities for innovation and growth, but raising questions about ethics, privacy, and responsibility. To address these challenges and promote sustainable AI development, a clear regulatory framework is essential. Bill 2338/2023 emerges as an important milestone in the regulation of AI in Brazil, seeking to balance innovation with the protection of individual rights and ensure transparency and accountability in the use of technology. This article explores the structure and potential impact of PL 2338/2023 on Brazilian companies, analyzing the challenges and opportunities it presents. A deductive and qualitative approach was used, supported by theoretical and bibliographic review, to interpret the data and understand the effects of the new regulatory framework. The results indicate that PL 2338/2023 introduces strict transparency and accountability requirements, forcing companies to adapt their policies and practices. This represents both a challenge and an opportunity for the development of more ethical and secure technologies. It was concluded that, only with the transformation into law and respective validity of PL 2338/2023, can Brazil move towards a safer and more innovative AI ecosystem, promoting a responsible and meaningful digital transformation.
